My name is Shirley Eiland, M.Ed., LSW.  I am a mental health professional, educator, advocate, trainer, coach, and owner of Reset 101 LLC.

I have been providing mental health and care management services for over 20 years to a diverse population. I have enjoyed advocating and serving individuals to address their mental health needs. I am very thankful and blessed to be apart of this phenomenal work for so many years -to support and encourage individuals in meeting their goals and overcoming disparities.

I have developed mental health workshops for schools and organizations, provided training as a First Aid Mental Health Trainer, developed health education/promotion curriculum for schools and community-based programs, taught courses as an Adjunct Professor and provided mental health therapy services for children and adults.  I am committed to helping individuals find their path towards self-actualization of their hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

I am a change agent compassionate about transforming, encouraging and supporting the total wellbeing of individuals.

Reset 101 specializes in empowering, uplifting and assisting you to move forward towards the pursuit of  self-fulfillment of your personal and professional endeavors.

Reset 101 coaches have years of experience providing counseling, mentoring, and life coaching services to a diverse population as well as experience advocating, training, teaching, and navigating supportive services and resources.

We currently maintain a virtual private practice in Northfield, OH providing online/telehealth services.
